I made a call to a local courier called Yodel in order to arrange a collection of an authorized-return item to an online seller.

"Yes. Y for yellow, E for England and S for Switzerland. I am pretty sure I can spell my surname correctly!"
WTF. W for Whiskey. T for Tango. F for February! The customer service gal didn't seem to believe there exist some surnames with no vowel!
