After paying £60 to Royal Mail in exchange of an important document being left UNATTENDED in the doorstep before it finally GOT LOST, I no longer have any faith with the national postal service. I sent the document again with FedEx. It charged less than £50 and it's a real courier service requiring recipient's signature.
